I hate it when people say they will give "150%" - this is not possible. I hate it when people insist on using the phonetic alphabet constantly - I am not in the Police Force and I hate it when people make quote marks with their fingers. What do you all think?

150%, it means they'll go beyond there own duty, i do my own work and will help others to do theres, so i've given 150%.
I have no choice but to use the phonetic alphabet as it's part of my job, its not just the police that have to use it.
Quote marks with fingers is definately somthing i hate and agree with you 200% on that.

Can't stand the phonetic alphabet - it has me confused everytime and I always get it wrong! I say s for sugar and they say Sierra? Yes - obviously!!!
As for finger quotes, I'm sorry but I love them - "I do it all the time!"
I think you can give 150% if you give it your normal effort plus 50% more aswell?
Finally, my pet hate is queue jumpers - arrghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

1) Seems to be literary license.
2) Not sure I understand this one...but if it is what I think you mean ( u r rite...golly, I can read it but can't do it! LOL)
3) Silly, but I don't lose sleep over it. (Of course there are very few things in life worth losing sleep over.)

my pet hate is when people put the toilet paper on the roller with the tp coming out from the bottom, the tp should always roll out over the top of the roll!! I even change it around at other peoples houses, I hate it so much!

I hate souvenir speech ie the words and phrases picked up on holiday, or worse, from films. And I hate the pathetic, contrived way these people attempt to shoehorn them into a sentence especially when they have nothing to say.

I hate new and improved..which one is it new or improved.
I also hate it when people repeat themselves like they say something like "oh my god" and they like laugh at the way they said it and say "haha im like oh my god" well yeh we heard you the first time!!! lmao
Generally im a tolorant kinda person live n let live n all that but its just that that gets on my nerves lmao!!
