To change the appearance of your mouse pointer
Open Mouse in Control Panel.
On the Pointers tab, do one or both of the following:
To change all of your pointers at one time, select a new scheme under Scheme.
To change one pointer, select it in the Customize list. Click Browse, and then double-click the name of the new pointer you want to use for that task.
Notes

To open Mouse, click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Mouse.
A pointer scheme is any combination of pointers used on your desktop. You can change any number of pointers and then save them as a new scheme by clicking Save As under Scheme. The new scheme will appear in the list under Scheme

there are curser programs you can download however many of them contain spyware.

Do not download random cursor programs off the internet.. 90% of those are filled with spyware and viruses
go to http://www.downloads.com for good programs

Follow this sequence: Start --- Control Panel----Mouse----Pointers and then choose from the available schemes. i find that the only alternative is a hand.

Go to the following site and download lots of cursors. You should be above 13 years of age.

You will need to download an arrow off an internet site, try on google free cursors and you will find a site to download one, this is the only way to change it as there are no other options on your computer

yeah she is rite if u wanna go wid animatedcursors...but when u download da program u also recieve an adware which is annoying
so better try the mouse pointers on ur computer
there are many
just follow da steps
control panel-->mouse-->pointers
and select the scheme
