The only deity and myth I could find about the deity actually "made of fire" is the Hindu god Agni. There are entire "fire" rituals.
Agni (Hindu):
Agni took three forms: celestial as the sun, atmospheric as lightening, and terrestrial as fire.

There are many other Gods/Goddess of fire but nothing that says they were "made of fire'. Pele, the Hawaiian Goddess fire -- volcanoes. Apollo, Greek God of the sun.

Gods of Fire = Pele, Bridget, Agni, Hephaestus, Prometheus, and Anima Sola. I am sure there are several more out there but I hope this has helped.

In Norse mythology:LOKI or (LOGI):
Loki, the god of fire. One tale describes an eating contest between Loki and Thor. For the most part Thor held his own, devouring his grub swiftly enough, but he was no match for Loki. In mere seconds Loki consumed his food, the leftover bones, the plates, and at last the table itself. Of course all this made sense considering that Loki was FIRE! Needless to say, Thor wasn't too pleased.

Check out the deity, Vesta. She was never represented as human, but as fire, specifically the hearth fire.
