The best thing you can do to make your eyelashes appear longer is to curl them using an eyelash curler found in any drug store, there are even heated ones now...

I've been using the new Cover Girl mascara LashExact but you can try Maybelline Sky High Curves (it's GREAT for lengthening lashes!). Using a lighter color such as brown at the roots of the lashes then use black just on the tips of the lashes make them look long and lush.

'Almay One Coat Mascara Lengthening' mascara works really well and is for sensitive eyes too. It really improves the look if you curl the lashes first.
Also there are products like 'Lash Builder Mascara Basecoat' which builds up the lash with a colourless coat first, before you add the mascara.
Go flutter those eyelashes for the best effect!

Use a mascara which has the white prep bit fist cos it contains fibres that stick to your lashes and when you put the black over the top it all blends to make long thick lashes.
