I have been feeding them midget chow and grapes.

If you just feed the chow then it's once a week,
if you feed the chow with the grapes, then it's twice a week. Midgets gets the runs when they have grapes with chow.
I would pick up some MRE from army supply surplus store, That stuff will plug that midget up till next may. By then old doc Phil will have a fat plump midgets with a nice surprise inside it just waiting for him.

Personally, I'd stick them in a back room and forget about them. Two weeks...that's not a long time, so why even fool with it? Just tell him they've been eating a WHOLE lot and that's where all the extra poop came from. I would suggest you give them something better than just midget chow and grapes. I think you should add a little cabbage or some other fresh green. That way they can have a little fun playing "who farted?" while they spend their time alone.

I am very disappointed in Dr. Phil and Robin for leaving their midgets home as they are such an integral part of any family. Change their litter box every two hrs, they are fastidious creatures.

I wouldn't clean it. They should be so emotionally in tune with your needs that they are already be cleaning it.
I would however, start feeding them wine and allow them to dance in tutu's for my amusement.
