I've found there are many ways to relieve stress.For me,I go for a hike,ride my bike,watch a movie or listen to music.Lately,through meditation and a lot of soul-searching I've found things don't stress me out like they used too.I've come to a point in my life where I just let things roll off of me like water off of a ducks back.

I do a lot of different things. First I'll probably talk about whatever the problem is with my brother or my cousin. Then after I've gotten it all out and we've discussed possible courses of action we'll talk about something happy instead. I also like to read and take myself to a different world or play the piano and submerge myself in the music.
