What's your favourite food from your local chippy?

Mine has to be fishcake and chips with a pickled onion, salt and vinegar.

Sandwich and chips (in Yorkshire a fishcake is a sandwich) with scraps, pickled onions and vinegar, the vinegar has to be from the pickle jar, salt and a tiny bit of pepper, two slices of uncut bread with butter and a nice mug of hot tea, bliss.

Scraps and plenty of them for free, Scraps 4 Scratters I say!
A can of coke, fanta, sprite and a bottle of Daddy's Ketchup
4 half-portions of chips
3 plastic forks
6 pickled eggs, 2 unpickled
5 pickled onions, 1 unpickled
6 donner kebabs
...all for me!

just fish n chips, in the newspaper on blackpool pier in the autumn...

finch chimps and mushy bees is also quite nice
