is ther any way you can change your wireless key,i have a bt home hub but i dont want to start messing with the settings
the wireless key is the 10 number code on the back of the hub
any ideas on how to change it

If you go into the start bar and then go to Run

type in cmd

a black box should appear type in " ipconfig"

you will get a list of numbers look for " default gateway"

you should get a router ip addy

this will be for example 192.168.1.1

. Open up IE or your browser

type http:// and then the number under default gateway then press enter

You will get to your router site which will ask you for a password this is usual blank or admin if you havent accessed it before

Once in your router set up find security or just look through settings tabs until you find Ecryption .

You will see the code thats on the back of the hub . Simply change this but you will need 10 characters a-f and number 1-9 within it

Find the save changes tab and save . The key then should be changed
