This is really too broad of a question.

Physics applies to just about every aspect of the military that you can imagine.

Fighter planes must be designed in a manner that they take advantage of the laws of physics to fly... and fly faster than the enemy... and manuever strategically.

Missles must be designed for flight, manueverability, and target tracking. All of which the laws of physics apply.

Navy ships must be designed to float... etc...

The list goes on and on...

All the way down to the push-ups that drill seargeants demand. (soldiers must counteract the laws of physics to perform a push-up).

Geez, we could go anywhere with this.
For example, mapping the trajectory of a projectile while comphensating for gravity...
Creating a better gunpowder by studying chemical reactions...
Creating heat resistant alloys, and the list goes on and on.
