Snuff is just another form of tobacco, like cigarettes. It doesn't refer to marijuana, like in the coffeeshops in Amsterdam.

No. Snuff is forbidden in Germany, and if you get caught, you go to jail. We don't have the coffee-shops like they do in Amsterdam.
