is there any way to find out if there has been any complaints filed on a pay pal saler I am wanting to order something from someone and pay with pay pal but he is not verified and and i am wanting to know if it is safe i have never used my pay pal account yet. please any feed back would be helpful

You can buy from the seller.
If seller service is not upto the mark or product/service is not good, you can raise a complaint to PAYPAL regarding this within 45 day's.

In this case paypal will credit the amount to you.
