I think either Jim Carrey would be a great joker he's comical and sadistic and he has those mannerisms as the prince of crime.My 2nd choice would be an unknown actor.Benicio Del Toro or Johnny Depp would be great choices.

im with 'jack sparrow' Johnny Depp would be EXCELLENT in that role , cause he's played a wide range of strange characters.. especially in "Charlie and the Chocolate factory" and he was pretty strange in "secret window" also !!!

and my second choice would be Cillian Murphy who played in "Batman begins" and in "red eye'' his character was so darn creepy.. he'd be a good "joker" also !!
