Go to www.freewebtown.com. They must have provided you with username and password.
1. Log on to the user control panel with the help of the username and password.
2. You should see something as 'upload file' or 'file manager'
3. Normally under file manager, there is a folder 'HTML'. Go to 'HTML' folder
4. You should see somewhere: upload file icon
5. Click on the tab and upload files
However, the restriction you may face is: you can upload limited files at one time

I use Filezilla. It is a free and excellent FTP software. Once you download filezilla:
1. Address: ftp.
2. Username and Password

Your company must have provided you FTP information use them. Once you are connected. On 'left' side, go to the destination which has stored ur html files'. On right side: u shud see a folder 'html' or just see index.html. Select all the files and folders from left hand and drop them onto the right side.

Hope this helps.

Try geocities.com

Its batter you go for paid hosting, it will give you reliable and ad free services. Also you will get dedicated emails ids too.

In adition you will get full server side support too.

You can also try www.spicehosting.com

My website is also hosted with them and there prices and services are too good.
