I have spent time in Barcelona in Mid-march and the weather is nice and on the cooler side, 50-72 F. Also I would suggest packing a rain coat and umbrella. There are almost daily spring showers around 2-4 o'clock.

I went in March this year for four days and it was quite mild, a sweater and light jacket would suffice unless near the harbour where it was a little cooler.
