The answers you seek are in your Spanish text book. Look for the part about the verb TENER if you forgot how to conjugate it.... which wouldn't be much of a surprise considering that you keep posting your spanish homework here so that other people just do it for you.

if you use the affirmative or imperative it's you have to study or you have to pay the rent.if it is interrogative it's do you have to study or do you have to pay the rent.
