No... the biggest do-nothing congress of all time goes by the name of 'The United Nations".
Trust me- nothing will change in the next two hundred years anyway. Our great grandchildren will be sitting here on Yahoo!Answers and asking the exact same question no matter what race, color, creed or political affiliation. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson are sitting in a small corner of Heaven, clinking their glasses and saying,"We sure pulled one over on them, didn't we?"

Well don't be too sure they do-nothing. This congress has shown it is more than capable of getting off of its rear end... walking into Capitol Hill... and giving up their legislative powers to the president!

I'm with you. Except on torture. They did see fit to re-write our interpretation of common article 3. So we know the Republican leadership is at least ready to take action in support of torture..
