1) New York: Jets and Giants. And Baltimore: Colts and Ravens
2) Raiders. They won as Oakland Raiders and LA Raiders.

1. Baltimore (Ravens and Colts) and not sure but perhaps you're meaning Los Angeles (Raiders and Rams -- but as the LA Rams they never won the superbowl
2. Raiders (Oakland and Los Angeles)
