Probably not (unless she is in real life), it's just a 'ploy' to make us watch this week...as if we need a reason! We love that show and ...housewives!
Well, if you watched last night, you know it was
Appendicitis...and she "picked" McDreamy, after he 'un-picked' her....oh, those wrtiers are good!

No, she's not pregnant. That was just a mean teaser that hooked everyone into watching this wonderful show :D Meredith actually had appendicitis and had to have an operation, which was performed by Dr. Bailey while George assisted!

I doubt it. I bet it's just going to be one of those deals where she freaks out about it for the whole episode. Besides, Christina and Dr. Bailey already got pregnant on the first two seasons. I don't think Grey's is ready for any more pregnancy-related storylines for a LOOOOONG time...
