It appears that he did, but not until several years later when the pages were in college. He generally sought to flirt with them until they were finished their page year. Once they were no longer pages, he'd feel free to offer his help and influence in return for sex.

I thought that he did not have sex with pages or ex-pages as minors or adults.
Perhaps he did have sex with an ex-page when the ex-page was an adult. I guess if we pay attention to specific wording, we can see if he is only covering underaged pages.

Why are people dwelling on this moral dilema...we have very real issues...War in Iraq, Korea but most importantly securing our borders....those are issues that could negatively change all of the United States not just 2 or 3 rich kids playing politics in DC

So far all that we know is he had sex with one that was an adult and was a page when he met him.
