i stayed in what is rumoured to be the most haunted building in Britain. me and 7 other people stayed over night for charity (as that's the only way they'll let you stay over as it's someones house) . the place was called Chingle Hall, it's in Goosnagh, near Preston. Although the place felt a bit creepy and eerie, nothing out of the ordinary actually happened. but we stayed up all night with camcorders and left a few dictaphones recording in various places. can't say it was the scariest place i've been to but interesting non the less.

The only evindence we caught of any form of spirit was a few orbs caught on video (orb = glowing ball of light, said to be the beginning of spirit manifestation). a few moving orbs were caught on video. and one unusual thing was i was looking over my friends shoulder as she took a picture of the room we were in, the image on her digital camera showed the room and nothing else, then a few seconds later when the picture came up on the screen of her camera, there was a huge glowing orb on it.

At the time it didn't even feel like someone was in the room with us so i'd still question the whole thing. it was interesting to learn the history of the building if nothing else but the most exciting part of the night was 7 of us trying to destroy a pesky wasp that kept buzzing round our ears. this took team work to overcome the wasp and it was a harrowing task...he he he
