No seriously... there are no specific classes for being a host/hostess at a casino or any other establishment.
If that is truly your ambition in life it will be very a inexpensive education for your family.

I would say that a major that would definitely be helpful in that area would be marketing. You could also go with a general business (MBA possibly) degree. And a minor in communications or public relations would compliment the major nicely.
