Salvation Army and Goodwill often have brand-new clothing with the store tag still attached available at laughably low prices. Stores often donate their stock that hasn't sold for one reason or another. They are brand new!
I got a new Ralph Lauren 'Chaps' suit at a bag sale at Salvation Army. You fill a shopping bag for $5.

Well what kind of fancy are you looking for? dresses and such, you can try boutiques and toronto has tons of stores. You can buy anything. goto the eaton center...its enormous!! and walk downtown...youll find the best stuff!!!
