It's impossible to say, as you don't explain what "perved on" means.

Are you talking about being grabbed at? Talked to? Looked at?

When you're on the bus, depending on what behavior you're talking about, you could alert the driver.

But, without knowing exactly what the problem is, it's impossible to say what, if anything, you can do about it.

PS: Thanks for the details, now I know what you mean.

Say very loudly "Let go!" or "Leave me alone." Loud enough for everyone around to hear. (While tearing your arm away.)

Humiliation is a strong motivator. When other people look around, they will probably slink away.

"I don't know you; leave me alone." said loudly when someone wants you to get in a car should get them to give up.

Before things happen, make sure you don't make eye contact. That might cut down on these events, too.

As for other comments, pretend you don't hear them. If you can't avoid them, say (again, loudly) "How DARE you?!?!"

Don't be afraid of making a scene. At your age, you should be enlisting the sympathy and watchfulness of bystanders.

I have the best suggestion for you.
It will boost your confidence, increase your ability to deal with such situations and equip you with the right knowledge and approach to resolve any and all such situations.

1. go to www.google.com and search for a website for
"No Nonsense Self Defence" or something. Specifically
read details on the "pyramid of safety" with 7 levels of
defences
or "Establishing your boundary" or "7 levels of facing such
situations". It is basically a pyramid of safety / defence.
It is a pyramid with descriptions on how to establish
boundary "verbally", etc. etc.

2. The above solution is the theory and not complete.
It will work in some but not all situations.
Try learing a martial art like "Tae Kwon Do" or
"Hsing-I" or any such which is useful in self defence.
This will complete your preparedness, develop right attitude
and techniques by training, boost your self confidence.
And most probably you will never have to use any of the
martial arts, but it helps build self confidence and
preparedness.
Make sure if you learn such a martial art from books
("Self defence - .." by Bruce Tegner is a good book (the best
for the current purpose) available on
Amazon.com. Other good books are "Hsing-I Mind Form
Boxing" by Robert W. Smith and "Shaolin Chin Na" by
Yang Jwing Ming
(the slimmest and the smallest of Chin Na books by Yang
Jwing Ming))
then you take safety precautions while learning.
And you do not violate Law by becoming excessively violent
unless the situation demands that (like protecting your life
or yourself from a rapist)

Of course you can not learn a martial art in a day.
But earlier you start with it the better.

Hope this will be helpful.
Wish you safety ahead.

I understand how it feels my dear... to warn you, it gets worse.. im 21, and know what you are going through... try not to notice, easier said than done, but if you ignore it, eventually it won't bother you as much... if you dress nicely, and act like a lady, then at least you are trying to be a good person... pray for these men who allow dirty thoughts run rampent... thats all we can do, your beauty is a cross from God (beauty is a double edged sword so to speak) and he wants you to be able to over come it, and to not be prideful ( i do not mean to say that you are !! ) its fun to be girly and all that, and its enjoyable when a man notices you in an appropraite way, like when he says you are beautiful w/o sliding his eyes up and down you.... but it hurts when all men seem to do is stare at you, drool, then move on... keep your chin up, you are not alone!! don't let it make you think all men are like that... Im working on not being angry myself!! Im getting there!! I'll keep you in my prayers girlfriend!!!

Odds are you do dress like a tart, but you just don't know it. I don't blame you - current fashion trends are for the most part pretty trampy. Try dressing more conservatively than you think you need to and you might notice a change.

Sorry..But you are saying guys are checking you out and stuff and that is a bad thing??? I mean you do know you are cute also becuase you named yourself Cutie_Girl..As stated before, if you get hit on take it as a compliment..if they stare at you..take it the same..You have looks that men desire to be with..nothing wrong with that :) ...Now if you say you look like your 12 and OLD men are trying to get with you..that is another thing...then again..your face could look young..but maybe the rest of you doesn't...
Overall..take it as a compliment. becuase if you are that good looking.. it is not going to stiop anytime soon

Maybe most are just admirers? or comparing you to family? not all people are perv's, you know who they are as they are quite easy to draw out of a crowd! As long as you are not dressing to attract or seeming to be available, just smile and keep moving!!It is another matter tho to be stalked or put upon by unwanted attention!

When guys do that...seriously look at them and ask in a disgusted manner,
"How old is your daughter?"

OR

Start acting gross...pick your nose or something. LOL.

Just kidding on all counts. Really, the only way to get them to stop is to realize that if you react at all--even in disgust-- to what they are doing you are only feeding their fire. Just ignore them, pretend you are totally deaf to all of it... and silently loathe them.

You have failed to define exactly how you are "getting perved on." Are they hitting on your or merely checking you out? If they are hitting on you, tell them you are not interest and to go away. If they are merely looking at you, even if they are staring/leering at you, get over it.
