Most females ovulate 14 days after the start of their period. But every female is different. If you have irregular periods you can ovulate at any time during your cycle. Some females have a clear white sticky discharge during ovulation. Also, your temperature will rise during ovulation. If you want to chart your ovulation buy an ovulation detector kit.

Ovulation usually takes place 14 days after the beginning of your menstrual cycle. The time of ovulation within the menstrual cycle is determined by the luteal phase, which is usually 12 to 16 days long. You can calculate the time of ovulation within your cycle by subtracting the length of your luteal phase from the length of your cycle. For example, if your cycle is 28 days long and your luteal phase is 12 days long, the ovulation will occur on day 16 of your cycle (28-12=16). The exact time of ovulation may vary within your cycle, because ovulation can be delayed by a number of factors such as stress, illness, diet, or increased physical activity

Every women is different. It is normally 14 days from 1st day of period. If you are trying to get pregnant, you would have sex starting a couple of days before you ovulate. I bought several ovulation kits and found out that I ovulate on Day 16.

i assume your non secular ideals are affecting your beginning administration. I appreciate that yet you're fiddling with hearth. What you have pronounced would not influence being pregnant time or sperm count selection. See your wellness practitioner for beginning administration you may assume and /or help in getting pregnant. stable success.
