you can try this airline for the cheapest flights in the gulf http://www.airarabia.com/index.html personally i would never use it but when we sent our maid to visit her sister in Qatar she liked it, i only travel emirates and this time ill try etihad
for jobs once you came to Dubai you can look for new job but my advice stay in your job because so many people are looking for jobs here in Dubai and even same locals cant find jobs
