Do I believe in ghosts? I believe we know next to nothing about our universe so are ghosts possible, yes.
Do I believe that video, no. They show one section of the fence, couldn't he have just driven around it? Could the fence have been attached at the top but not at the bottom just flipped up as he went thru then back down as the police got to it?
Do we even see the police car or just hear the sirens? What I'm convinced of is that someone is pulling your chain and you bought it.

can't open that so don't know about that. but i do believe in ghosts. A few years ago i was sitting on the toilet with the door open at night, i wasn't drunk and hadn't been to sleep but a cat walked passed door and down landing towards stairs, didn't think much of it until i realised it was a long haired cat and mine are short haired. thought there was a strangers cat but next moment it disappeared, haven't seen it since though and everyone just laughed when i told them
