Unless his court order say he doesnt have to, then he does. What difference does it make anyway? He isnt paying her because she is a woman...he is paying her because the court order him to, and the court order it because she contributed to the marriage and is entittled to it.

I personally dont think he should have to, but unless he takes her/him to court he probably will be stll paying alimony.

unless he takes her(?) back to court, he still has to make the payments ... its not based on sexual favors, its based on years of cohabitation.

he would have to appeal the alimony settlement in court to stop it

I WOULD THINK NOT, BUT THEN AGAIN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IS SCREWED UP. I WOULD GO BACK TO COURT AND CHANGE THE GROUNDS OF ALIMONY, BECAUSE SH/HE DECEIVED HIM WITH FALSE PRETENSES
