Depends on what part of the country you live in. If you are in the East, then you best be starting it inside. I started mine in coffee cans on a window sill in my bathroom. Once they got 5 or 6 inches tall, I sat them outside, it happened to be summer on the West Coast then. What ever you do, keep your mouth quiet about growing it, you could get yourself and anyone else living in your home into some serious trouble. Mumms the word!
