Because as Taboo Tuesday was on a Tuesday, people where at work during the day and so having it on a Sunday made more sense in terms of a promotion side of it. So obviously they had to change the name

Dont know actually probably cause it seemed like Taboo Tuesday would air on a Tuesday when most people would be busy so on a sunday made more sense.

I think probably because more wrestling fans are
able to watch PPVs on Sunday evenings, as opposed
to Tuesday evenings, where they may be preoccupied
with other activities, like work/homework/sports/TV/
meetings. Sunday night is traditonally the pro wrestling
PPV night anyways. The format is virtually identical
to Taboo Tuesday anyways.
Yes, some people answering the question already pointed
out the fact that WWE SmackDown! tapings are on Tuesday,
plus the fact ECW TV program airs Tuesdays on Sci-Fi. They
don't want to compete against themselves, which makes sense.

Because in the last two years tuesday was a bad day to do a ppv because that was the day when smackdown was taped and now they have ecw on sci fi.They didn't get alot of viewers because tuesday was a bad day to do a ppv so they moved it to sunday and renamed it cyber sunday.

Because SmackDown! is filmed on Tuesday it is hard to make 2 shows on Tuesday so they moved it to Sunday so its less hectic to film.

Tuesdays are now for ECW and they were able to get more viewers on Suinday night.
