As a woman (and human being at the same time), I am not able to name a "most prestigious" or "highest status" job for a man. There are a lot of high-prestige jobs that men can have, but the word, "status", doesn't even register for me.

While the word, "prestigious", does register for me, there are too many such jobs for me to be able to select one out and say that it is the "most". I suppose I may consider prestigious a job that involves something like trying to cure cancer. I guess I apply two statements to measure what I value; and those are: "There are children starving in India." and "Its not like its curing cancer."

Re-thinking "status", I realize that maybe I have my own definition of the word, and that it is less about what other people would call "status" and instead about who I would "give" that description to. It turns out I measure people by the quality of the person they are, how decent, how honest, how much integrity, how they treat other people, etc. There is a set of desirable traits that I would "lump" together to determine if someone has a certain "status as a person" in my eyes.

Apparently, I have not joined the rest of the world when it comes to even accepting the general definitions of "status" and "prestigious".
