Depends on which school district it is. But in general, public school systems pay very little. Starting pay for a teacher is probably in the mid to upper 20's. Contact the specific district of your choice for info.

It depends on the local school system or state. I live in North Carolina and its controlled by the state level. I am a school bus driver and I started back in 1998 for 8.05 an hour. Now drivers start at 10.64 an hour. The only problem is you dont get alot of hours. You just have to be prepared to get paid once a month and also you might want a part time job on the side. I know I am currently looking for one. But I have two jobs with the school system.

Depends on the position and district. From what I have read, I don't expect starting pay to be anymore than $30K-$35K.
