Even though they say checkin is not till 4pm, they will check you in as long as there is a room available. If you're coming in on Sunday that is a heavy checkout day here so the chances are around 10am there will be a room available. It might not be the exact room with the perfect view you are hoping for, but there is a chance.
Even if they didn't have a room available at that particular time if you're really nice ask them if they could possibly rush a room because you have just arrived from a long trip. They might be willing to do that. In the mean time you can always store your bags with the bell desk until your room is ready.

I always have a problem with early check in time, but I always win. First the guy above me is right, if you come in early, like about 2pm, they can't tell you to go away until 4pm.
But what i usu do is when I call, I ask to speak to the manager. The manager will give you an hour or two early check-in time. Asking anybody at the front desk to do you a favor is a complete waste of time.
I must say, the way you asked this question, one would think you were a hooker.

The "no-tell motels" are the ones that charge by the hour, and no self-respecting human being would be caught dead in them. (Not by personal experience, but I have a friend who learned the hard way.)
Like someone else said - take your time driving in and then go have a leisurely meal. If you show up at 3:30 or so they might let you into the condo.

why would you want to pay more for a room by hour? just be sure to be showered before you get there and when you do get there just go walking around or go gamble in the casino until the time is up.. dont pay for something like that plus it is probably dirty! like gross ...

Just take your time driving, or hit a casino get some grub while waiting for check-in. Why waist money on another room?

Even though, they say there is no early checkin, if you get there around 2pm, very good chance you can checkin anyway.
Other than that, just go and do something until then.
