Oxalic acid poultice. Use either Zud or Barkeeper's Friend. Sprinkle heavily on burn, sprinkle with water let sit overnight. Rinse off in morning.

You dont...they are there to stay. Your mistake was getting cultured marble. If you have people in the house who smoke and prop the butts, you should have gotten real marble.
