when you sit or stand, is your blood pressure higher in your arms or in your legs?

the closer they are to the Aorta, the less likely that drag contributes to decreasing the pressure, while blood going to your legs is shunted of to many different areas as it passes through the Aortic trunk, on the way to the iliac arteries and femoral arteries. So you wil normally have higher pressure in your arms.

Due to gravity, it's probably slightly higher in your legs. That's assuming that you are healthy. Other factors, such as fat, muscle, and whatever else come into play.
