Setup a car cleaning/valeting fly-by-night service on someone elses land/property. Old empty garage or unused council premises. Start with good water supply, suds and cloth. Best near new residential areas or main road. You'll build up custom. Eventually the owner will catch up with you. By then you'll be in buisiness and able to pay rent. They'll be happy with the money and someone looking after it. good luck.

I just listened to a CD the guy who wrote Rich Dad Poor Dad put out about the best choice for people just like us. The best way is network marketing / multi level marketing. Choose a company you are comfortable with and if you are not sure check it out with the DSA (Direct selling association) and / or trading standards. As it could be just a pyramid scheme or money game that just sounds like a network marketing company.

Get a job, work hard and keep movin up. That or go back to school with student loans, scholarships, or grants.
