Have had my best luck with clorox cleanup. Just dont let it sit after you spray, it will streak. However, if you spray and use immediately, not only will it get rid of the ickys but it will make the white look whiter. Sounds like a commercial huh?

Here is a great site that helps you figure out what to clean kitchen cabinets with. http://www.doityourself.com/stry/kitchencabinet You have to be careful to chose the right thing so you don't damage the finish. This site goes over lots of different options depending on what kind of cabinets you have.

Mr. Clean Eraser....I've also had very good luck with "Easy Off BAM" it's in a purple spray bottle with a green label. It removes almost anything from any surface!(however, it does tent to leave streaks on shiny surfaces, but that can be removed with glass cleaner) Hope this works for you!
