1. Probably, you missed out "Free to try, 19.95 to buy".
2. Free is for free license. Once you purchase a license for 19.95, you are free to use the software on any number of PCs and for any number of users.

For software licenses like Miscrosoft, Norton Systemworks etc, the licenses are categorized like Corporate editions, 5 User license etc etc. Here also you pay a price but the usage is limited to the number of users defined in the license.

No the definition of free has been changed by commercialism.
Free- a word used to provide a small gift (Bait) in return for selling a product at twice the price. Normally used to influence idiots that believe free means something for nothing.

You might have to purchase it and then you send it the rebate form andyou get a check for what ever you paid for it
