I know where I am going now and that is up and at the end well most definatly not in the ground with the bugs oh sorry no pun intended there just hate to be buried. After I am going into the light and I will be awarded my gold wings after everything I have had to do and put up with in this life. I will be awaiting my turn to come back and it will either be a dog or cat so I can sit lay, sleep and eat and be waited on by others and the only thing I need to worry about is fleas.
I have been with many at the end and ones that can talk say they see a light and also all their loved ones passed over.
I just see it as a new begining and firmly believe our life is never over it just changes.

Noone can be absoultely POSITIVE what is at the end of our lives or when the world "ends". Thats why the quote " Live everyday like its ur last" applies here. Its very true and you should follow that. The bible says when there is war in Isreal thats when the world is close to an end and Jesus will come back and take the good people and the rest ( bad/evil ) will go with Satan aka to hell. But i dont really read the bible anymore and im not judging religons just telling u my opinons and what i do know or what was told to me.

We are the thinking mind. All the events that is going on in our world are our doings. Our mind which is time is a limited energy and this energy cannot be extinguished, you can only modify it to a new form. Our mind is geared to divisions and more destruction it will not stop and it is like a snowball that is rolling down and keep on multiplying its power. Birth and dying will go on and on forever. There is no ending of time unless the "you" and the "me" which is time fathom and understood this limitation. Understanding the self which is time is the modification of this energy to a different sphere of consciousness, the timeless. The timeless is just being imagine, it is not real to our mind that is time.

Hi >
We are all going, and no-one knows what comes next.
I reckon absolute oblivion. The brain stops, and the whole system is gone.
But does any thought continue? What would sustain it?
As for what does it lead to, to quote your, Q, well a lot of lead ends up on church roofs.

We spend our lives getting from Point A to Point B, and from Point B to Point A, leaving people in Point C which lies between points A and B wondering what's so good at either points that so many people are rushing back and forth and neglecting Point C all together.

Life is simply a small waiting room to the after life...dieing is the begining of eternal life....where we are right now is simply standing infront of two doors, and its entire purpose is for us to decide where we want to spend our eternal life.

Door #1: hell
Door #2: heaven

and every person knows the moment before they die which door they picked.

It all leads to a great big room, where the good are sorted from the bad. The bad get sent back down to hell, the good get sent back down to hell, but with the possibility of winning the lottery.

But is the end what happens last? Or is it some purpose that we can continue living on after we have achieved it?

Ah, the mystery unfolds..............

There is nobody on the planet who is any more qualified to answer those questions than you are.

Sadly, there are many people who think they know. Prepare yourself for an onslaught of religious views. Just remember - it is all speculation, and nothing more.
