Early, first trimester, miscarriages can not be prevented as they mainly caused by some crude genetic defect that prevents the embryo from developing properly. There is nothing that you can do to avoid it, bed rest is pretty much a myth, and mostly only suggested that you feel you have done something.
I'm sure your doctor knows about your history and will understand the anxiety. Ask your doctor to measure your progesterone level as it can be responsible for early miscarriages, but if diagnosed can easily be corrected.
To put your mind at ease after 6-7 weeks you can have frequent ultrasounds (transvaginal) to check for heartbeat. A strong heartbeat will indicate that you have 90% chance to carry your pregnancy to term.

If the previous miscarriages were missed, in that the baby died but you didn't find out till the scan, then there is nothing that can be done. I had a missed m/c 4 yrs ago then went on to have 2 lovely kids, but have now just had my second missed m/c. It is just something that goes wrong when the egg is fertilised but it still develops to a certain point.
Lets just hope that all is OK with this one.
All the best x

There is nothing you can do if it happens it happens just try to take it as easy as possable no heavy work , no alcohol. Dont blame your self for your misscarrages it just was not ment to be that time. Try not to worry (easier said than done) i shold know as i had 3 misscarrages before i got my baby boy how is now a cheeky 2 and a half year old. Good luck with the pregnancy, wishing you all the luck in the word.

Probably the best thing you can do is rest, relax and enjoy your pregnancy. Talk to the doctor if you have any concerns. I am pretty sure that they are keeping an eye out for you because of your 2 previous MC's. If your tired then you need to rest. Make sure you eat nutrious meals, drink plenty of milk (if you can stand it) and I had one doctor tell me to eat plenty of green vegetables. If you don't feel like doing something put it off until you feel better or rested. Good Luck.

congratulations on your news!!!!! I would say my best advice would be to make sure you get lots of rest, take things really easy so no lifting heavy things, try not to stress yourself out, and get plenty of sleep. Miscarriges are just the bodies way of letting go of pregnancies that are doomed not to work, and i'd say the earlier the better. hopefully for you, this one will be a sucess, as soon as you get past 12 weeks, your risks are dramatically decreased. Good luck hun

I know what you are going through and all I can say is take it easy. eat right and don't over do it. I have two children now and it was so worth it. If it is meant to be then it is meant to be. If you can get pregnant then hopefully you will go full term, don't let this get the better of you be strong. Good luck honey my best of wishers to you.

Theres not alot you can do to prevent it as im sure it was nothing you did wrong that caused the last MCs, its just something that happens, its not anyones fault least of all yours, If it makes you feel better then get lots of rest lots of good food and make your fella do everything for you, theres not much more you can do!

GoodLuck x
