It probably depends on the employer. I dont think you would get an annual bonus though. I used to be a first aider in my office job and used to get extra pay every month but it was very little and didnt make much difference to my salary.

up to each company - my husband gets a £100 bonus at Christmas for being a first aider but people at my work do not get anything

some places have an incentive/bonus program
but looking out of the box, its something else good to put on your c.v . and can help with promotion
