Hi,all! I work for a company that specializes in making gloves designed for welders, contruction workers, etc

basically, items for the man's man. We also specialize in diamond tools of all sorts and creations. As a new employee hoping to impress, I'm desperate for new business, but not quite sure which direction to start sniffing. Also, I would love to attain Cal Trans business, but have not been able to locate the right person to contact...Any ideas? Any leads? Any advice?

Here's a thought: if you can't find who to talk to at Cal Trans, find out from public records who they buy their stuff from and get on that person's product list.
