When someone is overlooked for a job they are qualified for because of the color of their skin.
When someone chooses to sell their home to a couple that looks more like them because they have preconceived beliefs that someone of a different race won't be able to afford it.
If someone dislikes someone else because of the color of their skin.
If someone is judged because stereo types.
If someone groups a race of people into one category as in "THEY" do this and "THEY" steal.
If you dislike your own race.
If someone is treated unfairly because of crimes committed by people of their race.

You could probably write a whole paper on that as there are logical arguements for both pro and cons.
Examples being the mosque attacks, muslim attacks, and aviation security in the US after 9/11.

People are still prefer their own race. A documentary was on TV recently that showed how black women preferred black men over white and hispanic. The men had to earn an average salary higher than the black man to even be considered. You theory about black guys pertains to black women only. Hispanic and white women both preferred their own races in this study. Search CNN for more information.

On-the-Job Racism-The only time I encounter it. Positions requiring a lot of work are headed up by black, hispanic or asian, positions that are mostly focal with little or no other work (total delegation power) are headed up by white females or males.
When approaching supervisors for increaes for black staff, unbelievable amount of documentation of merit is necessary.
When approaching supervisors for increaes for white staff, granted with verbal request.
When approaching supervisors for increases for hispanic staff, perk removed, i.e., attendance at workshops, staff morale meetings (used to be mandatory for all staff), employee appreciation luncheons
When approaching supervisors for increases for asians, stipend is denied and a new title and increased responsibility is given.

Search "privelege" or "oppression". There is one website, I think its called whiteprivelege.com, where they have articles on racism. One of them is on the "White's only" sign at a bathroom at a Tyson Foods plant, another is on how Bush refused to have America represented at the U.N.'s Anti-Racism Conference.
