You need an attorney if you are injured and the other party refused to pay. If it wasn't your fault, you should get an attorney for payment of medical bills. It is unfair that people are taken out of their daily lives and still have to put up with all the crap from the insurance companies. Good luck and GOD bless you.

Because you need a legal mind to get any legitimate settlement that is due you as a result of the accident. The insurance company of he who hit you will try to buy you off with as little as they can get away with, and you need to fight back. You take his insurance to court. You need a lawyer to do this. If you try to do it yourself and snooker the attorney out of his fee, you will lose.

First you need a police report and then go to the doctor and if the other people's insurance doesn't offer you an amount that you think is fair and pay your medical expenses, then get an attorney.

You need one immediately. Try to find one to do it Pro Bono. If not then you can find one that will do it on a contingency basis and they will charge nothing if nothing is recovered. If something is recovered then they will take 30-50 percent. and that is all you pay. no out of pocket expenses for the lawyer.
