They told you that the baby was Adolf Hitler. They also told you that he was going to grow up and kill millions of people. You are from the future so you know that this is true, you also know what the Holocaust did and how many lives were lost and how many lives were affected. Knowing all of this would you be able to kill this child?

no because even though he did all those horrible things you have to think of the good that came out of it. no depression for America and no depression for Germany. plus women entering the work force and japan and America getting in bed together with trade flowing to America from japan. plus the nuclear program which even though it made bombs also produced clean power and long distance travel for ships. big decision and not to be taken lightly

Someone would just take his place. Thats how the world works. A crazy madman in every century. I saw a tv show that was like that. Another child was born that ended up being him. Then it was hitler now bin laden. I really do think my theroy of a madman being born every century is true. As for killing the baby well what if u raised it on your own to make it turn out different. Or make sure the kid is put in a mental hospital at a early age so it couldn't hurt anyone?

No, I would find someone better to raise him maybe, but then again maybe not. I realize this is a question of morals, but you have placed it in a paradoxial scenario. Do you realize that you may not (or probably not) have existed if some of the terrible things in hisory didn't happen? That would alter the future dramatically. Then you would not have existed because even if your parent or gandparents were listning to the radio or sent to war at that time and changed the time, place, position, or even temperature of the room in which they concieved you would not have existed. Therefore you would have never gone back in time, so you would exist, so you would, so you wouldn't, so you would...etc. Kind of like the following statement:

I AM LYING.

Anyway, I get the point. Good question. Probably not.

I am not Jewish and I have never been the victim of a horrible crime so my answer will be someone tainted. I just can't be the one to take a life even knowing what he was to become. I think I would devise a plan to keep him in prison or a dungeon his entire life.

I would not want to kill little Adolph. I would try to explain to who ever was reaising him he needs a lot of TLC and to keep an eye on him even when he is grown.

I have no idea. Leaving out the question of what repercussions it might have, I really don't know if I could or not.
