Were cocaine and nicotine really found in ancient egyptian mummies and, if so, how did they get there?

Of course I don't know for sure, but I can guess. If the Egyptians traded with Phoenicians(Im not sure if the time period is the same) they in turn may have traded with Central American tribes to obtain these subtances. Phoenicians sold it to Egyptian Doctors who in turn used those products medicinally. makes sense since those items would have been expensive and used for wealthy patrons, which in turn are the ones who were mummified.
