To some degree it does matter, but the range of "normal" is pretty broad. Something between say 4-7 inches. Anything over 7 is going to be fairly large and anything over say 9 is going to be painful for a lot of girls.
At fifteen remember that your body is still growing, and your parts may grow as well. Don't worry so much about the size of things because any girl worth spending any time with is not truly going to care.

It matters somewhat yes. An average size penis is fine, but a pretty small one is hard to satisfy a woman with. On the other hand, one that is too big can also be a problem. I believe the average size erect is 5-7".

Whatever it is, no size doesn't really matter, what matter is for u to accept yourself and love yourself the way u r, then nothing will ever matter

At 15 I wouldn't worry about it. You don't stop growing until you are around 21.
