I had the same type of symptoms a few months ago and went to a chiropractor for an adjustment. It really worked! Of course there could be other reasons for your symptoms as well. If the symptoms persist, you will have to consult a physician.

Sounds like it could be stress, compressed vertabrae, or another of many possibilities on a long list. Talk with a physician you trust, and drink less coffee.

Could be Tendonitis. Check with a doctor. Those are symptoms I had when diagnosed with that disorder, also carpel tunnel.

could be a number of things but likely a trapped nerve somewhere affecting your arms and shoulders.......or your hat is too tight!
