Crying is good for you as it helps to relieve the pressure so let it flow , because letting it build up is not good for our bodies, but for the deppression and sadness you really need to see a dr maybe for some anti depressents

This question would be better asked in the psychology category.

Also, if you could give some details. Are you talking about spending a LOT of your time crying? Do you know why, that is, what's making you cry?

In general, don't make it stop, let it out. But if you're spending a lot of time crying, and there isn't some reason such as a recent loss or something like that (there's always SOME reason, but I mean reason that anyone would cry about), then you should seek help.

We can't tell whether there's something you need to deal with, or you have a physical problem, or you just need time, since we know nothing about what's going on.

As for "why" I've been keeping an eye on this question, as I don't know, but am curious, myself. (But that seems not to be your real question, here.)

Co'z it's our body's way of getting rid of the burden. We can stop crying by redirecting our emotions to something that isn't so sad or depressing. But beware too much hapiness can make us cry too!

Crying is the way we release what we have inside, other wise it could be dangerous to retain such pressure, it is an escape
