site the distance selling regulations that give you the right to return or cancel upon inspection of the goods, and ask for a full refund.

Not entirely sure of your question the way it was worded.. At any rate. before you order something... make sure that you know the terms, etc for the returns/refunds.. Now.. if you receive the item and it is returnable, you just return it tothe originator.. Forget about getting refunded for the postage to send it back. the return policies generally do not take that into consideration.

You should be able to return the item, but the postage will usually not be refunded.

If it was their fault in any way you could explain to them, then yes refund the postage.

Check the returns policy, some will pay your postage, others won't.

If it's not stated then I would argue that they should pay it.

Just say exactly what you have here, that the quality is not as expected.

Just call the company and tell them that you are not satisfied with the product and would like a refund. They might let you send it back but you will have to pay shipping costs. They might not let you if it doesnt say it has a money back guarentee. you might be stuck with it.

I would call the company or person and say this is not what I ordered. I expected etc. etc. and you send me this piece of crap and I refuse to accept it, put it back in the original box that it came and write return to sender
