in case they banged their heads in the cockpit and knocked themselves unconscious and unsuccessfully crash into the sea.


the plan was for kamakaze pilots to maximise their potential and wreak as much havoc as possible i.e successfully crash into a american warship. if you are going to end your life for glory and the emperor you want to take out as many ******* as possible.
